Bought these for a trip to Iceland in January. Walked on glaciers, through snowstorms, and across frozen rivers. My feet were warm and completely dry the entire time. They're also surprisingly comfortable for heavy boots — no break-in blisters. Absolutely essential for cold climate adventures.

The Thinsulate insulation is incredibly effective, and the waterproof leather has withstood salt, slush, and deep snow. The aggressive tread also prevented me from slipping on ice. Best winter boots I've ever owned.
